Returns & Refunds
We accept refund requests within 30 días of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Products showing any signs of use, installation, cutting, or wear are not refundable
- Customized, cut-to-length, or made-to-order items are non-refundable
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for refund
Refund Process
1. Contact us at info@abraline.com with your order number
2. If your request is approved, return instructions will be provided
3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days Original shipping costs are non-refundable Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Effective Date: March 1, 2025
